"For Those That See" LotR/SG1 crossover, Prologue & 16 Chapters, WIP

To while away the hours while G makes me watch Tenacious D and other such movies (could do without the ladles of profanity but otherwise not too bad) I have put in a few hours on the second Kaiba necklace concept. I must apologise for the miserable crafting, glue-gun heavy-handedness and so on and so forth, but that's what concepts are for, right?

I was going to post a photo of myself wearing the necklace to demonstrate the size, but I have sunburn on my front (sunburn, in april!) and am subsequently camera-shy. I'll post one sometime. I'm happy with the progress of the necklace, hopefully I'll be able to find out if wcf agrees with me in which case I'll be making 2 instead of one. :D

When I'm concerned and panicky and don't want to chatter all over lj about it, I like to make stuff. Not only does this give me a focus and a distraction, but it promises to distract me tomorrow when G gets home and there are bits of material and glue sticks and beads and wire everywhere :)
